Rashid Khan will lead a confident and determined Afghanistan squad into the Asia Cup 2025, as the ACB revealed a 22-member preliminary list. Although his IPL 2025 campaign was underwhelming, the board has backed him entirely.
Despite taking just 9 wickets and leaking runs at over 9 per over for GT, Rashid skipped MLC to focus on national duty.
“Rashid remains our biggest match-winner,” said ACB selector Mir Mubariz.
